Paula Shoyer is known as “the kosher baker,” and also teaches both sweet and savory recipes. She has published 5 cookbooks: The Kosher Baker, The Holiday Kosher Baker, The Healthy Jewish Kitchen, The New Passover Menu and The Instant Pot Kosher Cookbook.  She has a French pastry degree from Paris and has done cooking events all around the world, including in China. Over the past year and a half, she has taught over 180 virtual cooking classes to adults and teens, for audiences 2 to over 600. Paula is a freelance writer, cookbook editor, and brand ambassador for food companies. She competed on Food Network's Sweet Genius and has appeared on TV over 48 times. She lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her husband and it is where she raised four children who are all great cooks.
